Branding is one of the most important aspects of any business, large or small, retail or B2B. An effective brand strategy gives you a major edge in increasingly competitive markets. But what exactly does "branding" mean? How does it affect a small business like yours?
Simply put, your brand is your promise to your customer. It tells them what they can expect from your products and services, and it differentiates your offering from your competitors'. Your brand is derived from who you are, who you want to be and who people perceive you to be.
The foundation of your brand is your logo. Your website, packaging and promotional materials--all of which should integrate your logo--communicate your brand.
Brand Strategy & Equity:
Your brand strategy is how, what, where, when and to whom you plan on communicating and delivering on your brand messages. Where you advertise is part of your brand strategy. Your distribution channels are also part of your brand strategy. And what you communicate visually and verbally are part of your brand strategy, too.
Consistent, strategic branding leads to a strong brand equity, which means the added value brought to your company's products or services that allows you to charge more for your brand than what identical, unbranded products command. The added value intrinsic to brand equity frequently comes in the form of perceived quality or emotional attachment. For example, Nike associates its products with star athletes; hoping customers will transfer their emotional attachment from the athlete to the product. For Nike, it's not just the shoe's features that sell the shoe.

Do your research. Learn the needs, habits and desires of your current and prospective customers. And don't rely on what you think they think. Know what they think.
Because defining your brand and developing a brand strategy can be complex, consider leveraging the expertise of a nonprofit small-business advisory group or a Small Business Development Center.
Once you've defined your brand, how do you get the word out?

Here are a few simple, time-tested tips:

  • Get a great logo. Place it everywhere.
  • Write down your brand messaging. What are the key messages you want to communicate about your brand? Every employee should be aware of your brand attributes.
  • Integrate your brand. Branding extends to every aspect of your business--how you answer your phones, what you or your salespeople wear on sales calls, your e-mail signature, everything.
  • Create a "voice" for your company that reflects your brand. This voice should be applied to all written communication and incorporated in the visual imagery of all materials
  • Develop a tagline. Write a memorable, meaningful and concise statement that captures the essence of your brand.
  • Design templates and create brand standards for your marketing materials. Use the same color scheme, logo placement, look and feel throughout. You don't need to be fancy, just consistent.
  • Be true to your brand. Customers won't return to you--or refer you to someone else--if you don't deliver on your brand promise.
  • Be consistent. I placed this point last only because it involves all of the above and is the most important tip I can give you. If you can't do this, your attempts at establishing a brand will fail.

Facebook Marketing Strategy

Social media has vital role in 21st Century. Earlier, very few were active in social media. But now a days, Social media activities are increasing day by day in different forms ie Skype, Whatsapp, googletalk, messenger, YouTube, vediochat, imo facilities in mobile phone etc.Socialmedia is familiar for everyone, let’s talk about different Social media Marketing Strategies. One of the Social media marketing is Facebook Marketing Strategy.

Features of Facebook Marketing Strategies
  • Fans
  • Engagement
  • Timeline
  • Ads
  • Insights
  • Share
  • Best Biz Apps
  • Contests

Steps to Implement  Facebook Marketing Strategy

Before you start marketing on Facebook, you should have these things in place:
A good website: Your website is the hub of your business and should look professional and showcase what you have to offer your customers.
A clear business model and plan: How are you making money? This sounds obvious, but many entrepreneurs don’t have a solid business plan and don’t understand things like the cost of goods or how much money they can (and should) allocate toward marketing.
An email marketing delivery service: Some large consumer products may not need an email delivery system, but most businesses still need to use email marketing as part of their overall marketing strategy. Email is not dead and is your best chance of being seen by the bulk of your current and potential customers. There are many email providers out there to choose from, including Constant Contact, AWeber, iContact, Infusionsoft, MailChimp, Office Autopilot and more. Find one that fits your needs and budget.
An optimized Facebook Page: Before you start marketing on Facebook, get the basic elements of a good Facebook Page in place.
Once you have done these things, you can begin to integrate your Facebook marketing with your overall marketing plan.
Set Goals : Any strategy begins with goals. What do you want out of your Facebook Page? Sales are the obvious choice, but there can also be secondary goals that lead to sales.
Gather leads. Using Facebook as a lead generator is a great goal. Using some type of email opt-in is a great way to gather leads from people who may be interested in your product or service. You can give away a freebie that relates to your product, host a free webinar that may have an offer at the end or host a contest that gives away your product to the winner.
Get sales. Selling directly from Facebook is sometimes a challenge. You can’t push your sales messages on your fans too often (I suggest 10%–20% of your posts, max). But you can track your sales. Make sure you have special links when you post your sales messages. Or set up Google Analytics to track conversions. If you are running Facebook ads, make sure you are tracking the ad conversions.
Whatever goals you set up for yourself, make sure you are attaching specific numbers and deadlines with each goal. Also make sure you know how you will measure each one of these metrics.
Research: Mainly research on our competitor based on keyword analysis, socialmedia likes ,share and social media bookmarking activities like twitter etc. Also  make sure you know the latest techniques on Facebook that are effective. Keep up with the trends so you know what is working for others.
Design Facebook Experience: Now that you have your goals set up, work backwards from those goals to determine how you will achieve them. Want to get 500 new fans in the next 3 months? Make sure you either have the activity level or the marketing budget to support that goal.
Set Up an Editorial Calendar :Having a plan in place for what you will post each week will help you streamline your activity because you can schedule some of the posts, look for good content and be more regular with your posting.
Set Up an Activity Calendar :The other thing you want to do is plan your activity so you don’t get sucked into the black hole of Facebook by watching too many cat videos. You can schedule your daily activity, weekly activity and monthly activity by using a simple Excel spreadsheet. Also take some time to map out your long-term activity and marketing plan, along with an estimate of your outcomes. That way, you know what techniques you need to be learning or putting in place beforehand.
Measure your Progress : Take time to look back at your progress on Facebook so you know if your marketing is working. Understand how Facebook Insights work so you know which posts are working for you. You can sort your posts by Engaged Users to see how many people are interacting with your content in some way (includes likes, shares, comments and link clicks).

What do you think? Have you set up a Facebook marketing strategy? We,Techxform will help you to increase internet marketing strategy through facebook with latest versions.

Graphic Designing - Response To A Strategic Question

Graphic design is art with a purpose. It involves a creative and systematic plan to solve a problem or achieve certain objectives, with the use of images, symbols or even words. It is visual communication and the aesthetic expression of concepts and ideas using various graphic elements and tools.
Elements of Graphic Designing:
Graphic design can use image-based designs involving photos, illustrations, logos and symbols, type-based designs, or a combination of both techniques. These designs can include various combinations of the following elements.

Lines:
Straight, curved, wavy, thick, thin - when it comes to lines, the possibilities are limitless. Lines allow designers to divide a space or separate content in a layout. They can also be used to guide the eyes of the viewer, or make other elements follow a strategic path for added findability, to get the viewer easily from point A to point B.

Shapes:
Shapes offer a variety of ways to fill spaces creatively, to support text and other forms of content, and to balance a design. Shapes can be created out of nothing, using white space to give a design structure and clarity.

Color:
Color, or the absence of color, is an important element of any design. With a solid understanding of color theory, designers can amazingly influence a design and a brand, seamlessly integrating color boldly or with brilliant subtlety.

Type:
Type can transform a message from mere text to a work of art. Different fonts, combined with customized alignments, spacing, size, and color, can add power to the point you are communicating to the world.

Texture:
Even a smooth and glossy advertisement can seem tangible with texture. It gives a sense of a tactile surface through its visual appearance and adds a sense of depth, enhanced by selection of appropriate paper and material.

We here in Techxform help your brand and your message to communicate visually with impressive business logos, enchanting brochures, newsletters with impacts, and stunning posters.

Online Advertising

Online advertising, also called online marketing or Internet advertising is a form of marketing and advertising which uses the Internet to deliver promotional marketing messages to consumers. It includes email marketing, search engine marketing (SEM), social media marketing, many types of display advertising (including web banner advertising), and mobile advertising. Like other advertising media, online advertising frequently involves both a publisher, who integrates advertisements into its online content, and an advertiser, who provides the advertisements to be displayed on the publisher's content.
Online advertising is quickly becoming the main advertising platform for all businesses. Within the next few years, online advertising could soon overtake all other forms of promotion. Because of this trend, competition is getting fierce as the online market place begins to get overcrowded with ads. It is easy for small businesses to get lost in the crowd.

Handful Steps to Keep In Mind:

Use Google Ad Words Features-
There are a lot of features available when you are using Google Ad Words, and there are probably a few that you are not aware of. One of the most beneficial features is ad site links. These let you add a few additional links to your website at the bottom of your Ad. These links can say anything, like “Free Trial,” “Pricing,” “Locations,” etc.

Define Your “Negative” Keywords-
If you haven’t heard this term before, you’re probably scratching your head. Negative keywords are those that you do not want your ads to appear for. For instance, if you do not offer free trials, free software or free samples, then the last thing you want is for people to click on your ad in search of something free. That will just cost you money for zero return. That is why “free” should be included as one of your negative keywords.

Consider Re-targeting-
Retarding, or what Google calls Re-marketing, is a feature that lets you reach people who have previously visited your site, and show them relevant ads when they visit other sites on a particular ad network or in the case of Google, the Google Display Network.

For all types of business advertising of yours we are the one. Here in Techxform we go through all the pros and cons of advertising and help you to raise your business through advertising and all types of internet services. If you haven’t found us yet, we are just a click right below.

Search Engine Optimization:

The process of improving the organic ranking of a website with leading search engines by modifying  websites to better reflect what search engines are looking for. SEO helps to ensure that a site is accessible to a search engine and improves the chances that the site will be found by the search engine. SEO is typically a set of “white hat” best practices that webmaster and web content producers follow to help them achieve a better ranking in search engine results.

All it requires is a little effort, and some re-thinking of how you approach content on your site.

The basic tips for search engine optimization -

Monitor where you stand:
You won’t know if your SEO efforts are working unless you monitor your search standings

Keywords:
You should be conscious of placing appropriate keywords throughout every aspect of your site.Think about your keywords as search terms, like how would someone be looking for information.
Link back to yourself:
There is probably no more basic strategy for SEO than the integration of internal links into your         site- it is an easy way to traffic to individual pages.

Create a sitemap:
Adding a site map, a page listing and linking to all the other major pages on your site, makes it           easier for spiders to search your site.

Image Description:
Spiders can only search text, not text in your images-which is why you need to make the words           associated with your image as descriptive as possible .Adding an “alt” tag allows you to include a keyword rich description for every image on your site.

Content:
Your content needs to be fresh-updating regularly and often is crucial for increasing traffic. One way to ensure that your site gets new content on a frequent basis is to integrate a blog. An executive blog is an excellent way to reach out to your clients.

We, here in Techxform we believe in the trans-formative power of entrepreneurship for individuals and for society at large and we want our reach to be as deep and as broad as it possibly can.

Business Promotion

A marketing strategy used to relay messages to consumers about a brand or a company and to stimulate awareness of your product or services, foster customer loyalty, increase sales and to boost company value is called brand/business promotion.

Steps towards effective brand promotion:

Appearance is the key, so look to it-
Brand image is vital and you must protect it viciously. Here in techxform we look the part to be the part.

Know your stuff like the back of your hand-
The typical customer is more cautious and curious; they want to know what you can offer them and how you are going to improve their life. A general rule is that your competitors are similar to you in size, market, and image. For example, if your brand is high-end luxury, your competitors will not be those who are afford-ably cheap.

Be passionate and be ready to deliver-
You need to live, eat and breathe your brand. That is the key to success. Successful companies know that passion in the brand drives success and that their teams need to deliver all the time.

Always give your best shot-
The World Wide Web is your oyster. More customers are buying online than ever before. Why not use that to your advantage? So tweet, post, or blog your next special offer, and expect your customers to "follow" you back religiously.

Here in Techxform we manage a brand to position it positively relative to competitors in the minds of consumers in target markets. The brand needs to communicate the key values of the products and the business.

9 Strategies As A Content Writer

1)   Stay in research mode at all times.
In order to keep your queue filled with great content ideas, you need to stay in research mode at all times. Research shouldn’t be reserved for planning or writing sessions only. The quality of your content will increase substantially if you do it on an ongoing basis, as ideas pop into your head.

2)   Write in your own Unique Voice.

Your content should have an individual style, that is unique to your personality or brand. Style is your most prized possession as a writer, and it should continue to evolve over the lifetime of your career.

3)   Talk about One thing only.
Each piece of content should have one point. Only One. After you write make sure your writing stays on point.

4)   Find a unique angle to cover your topic.
Every piece of content has:
A Topic- a subject of discussion or conversation.
                            A Point- a major idea.
A Slant- a specific point of view.

5)   Make the first sentence your best.
You have about 3 seconds to hook your readers and get them reading. After your headline, it’s up to your first sentence to do the job. Never mislead. Your headline and first sentence should take the reader smoothly to your main point. But do say something that makes people pay attention.

   6)   Craft an irresistible lead.
The lead is what writers call the introduction to your content. For every short articles, it could be the first paragraph or two. For books it could be the first chapter. But for most content, it’s the first 100 to 600 words: the intro and your point.

7)   Kill the HYPE. Keep it Believable.
Your readers don’t want to waste time on             content that isn’t accurate or trustworthy.                                                                                                  So no hype and no stretching the truth.

8)   Plain writing is best.
Short paragraphs, short sentences and easy words are the most readable. Digital content is not what you learned in your English class. Shorter and simpler is your mantra for better readability.

9)   Edit, Edit, Edit.
Great writing never happens in first draft. The first draft is usually a good effort at figuring out how to put your ideas into words. As a result, they’re almost always badly written. Great writing happens in the editing stage so when you write just get your ideas down and write fast so that you can keep up with your ideas and then put your best effort through several rounds editing.

Online Marketing- A Commitment Not A Campaign.

Online marketing isn’t something new for small businesses to consider anymore. In fact, it’s quite the opposite. Having been going on for years and seemingly has no end in sight. Yet, far too many small business owners neglect how important online marketing is for their business success. Among the reasons this seems to be is time and the other is money. In order to be relevant in today’s crowded marketplace, being online is a must.

Having a website that’s search optimized, being on social media that you actually engage with and incorporating email into your marketing strategy may seem like a hefty load to carry, but the reality is it is almost too easy for small businesses to do nowadays. Automated marketing solutions help make consistent, frequent updates to all these channels nearly turn-key, and the data that’s tracked from social media, email marketing and other online strategies offers more than enough of a reason to make it a priority. The key word here is data– something small businesses can really gain from when reviewing it and reacting to it consistently.

Example:

      · Promote your social media presence on your print collateral in your physical business                         location
      · Remind your customers to “Like us on Facebook” with signage displayed within your                          businesslocation.
· Use hashtags in your offline ads, helping your customers connect with you online via an offline channel
   · Connect an in-store event with an online tweet, post or blog post – helping to connect your online and offline world.
Building a successful online marketing strategy is just like building anything- it starts with a solid foundation. The foundation comes from understanding three basics of online marketing.
But knowing what each facet does for your website isn’t enough.
 - Search Engine Optimization
 - Content Marketing
 - Social Media Marketing
“Consumers have too many choices these days and they have to be constantly reminded that    you exist. The best way to reach them is where they spend a good bit of time, which online.”

Techxform an effective marketing program brings together all of the elements of the marketing mix to achieve the organisation's marketing objectives by delivering to customers what they want and need.

Master the 5 essential tips in 2015

1. Create an SEO Strategy That Maps to an Audience
  • Identify new ways to tackle adjacent markets
  • Discover new keywords to target
  • Understand what types of content perform
  • See where the competition is doing well, and where you can do better
2. Creating Incredible Content That Earns Links
Earning a link from a high-quality, relevant website will not only help with your SEO but also with referral traffic, which can lead to more sales and brand exposure. Creating incredible content that people will want to share is still the best way to earn links.

3. The Broken Link-Building Method

Find broken links on a site that is relevant to your niche. You then contact the webmaster with the broken link and recommend your site as an alternative to the broken link.

4. Outreaching a link

Bit old but still quite powerful way is the link outreach way. This works better if the site has a slightly different business than yours but may share a common audience.

5. Mobile SEO

Every website should have a mobile marketing strategy for 2015 and beyond. Mobile should be a core part of any SEO plan in 2015. However, you must be cautious as configuration errors caused a 68 percent loss of traffic.

Pay Per Click

Need a rush in for the 'right visitors' to your website 'right now'? Do you want an extra edge over your rivals in the online world?  Pay Per Click is for you!

PPC is a cost effective way to get your site noticed. PPC is an attractive model for advertisers because they only have to pay for actual traffic generated by their ads. You need to pay to the publisher ‘only’ if your ad gets clicked. It comes along with other non paid links/search results that, it is apparently seen as ‘natural’ search result. PPC can be seen as banner ads, flash ads or textual ads generally above or right of the search results. Search engines will often place PPC ads under “Sponsored Ads” or “Sponsored Links” which also makes them easier to notice on a page that is crowded with text and other items competing for a web user’s attention.

Google Adwords and Microsoft adCenter are two most popular pay per click management services. The rates of PPC ads vary according to the popularity of the keyword search. While ‘mobile phone’ would have a heavy competition, ‘blue cheese’ will not.

Pay Per Click, benefits ?

1.Issue based traffic: It can create a buzz about a new product you launched or a special issue.  PPC is effective in placing your product in the top list for a certain period as to catch the attention of the webies.  Another advantage is that you can even change the message of your campaign mid-way.

2. Potential customer at your hand: each click generated is a real potential customer, so spending a few bucks to increase the number of clicks makes sense.

3.Niche term: If you are trying to generate traffic for a highly specific keyword, PPC can often provide bargains. For example, you might not want to pay the top bid for 'ice creams' but 'Meriboy Icecream' is probably a lot less expensive. (Meriboy, payment later ;)). Broader terms get far more searches, but has a disadvantage. Since everyone bids on the broad terms, the cost per click is generally quite high. And the chances of a conversion even if someone clicks on your ad, is lower.

Pay Per Click has now become a basic and commonly used tool in online marketing , that you cant just ignore it. We will help you get clicks, converting clicks to conversation is left to you!

Webmarketing

Web marketing means using internet to advertise your products and service. In 21st century the word web marketing is popular .Many of them confused when somebody asks a simple question. Is web marketing and internet marketing is same? Answer is very simple. Web marketing is a part of internet marketing, Internet marketing is a collection of web marketing, e-mail marketing and social media marketing.
Why we use web marketing?
Less Expensive: As compared to Traditional forms of advertising such as TV commercials, billboards, and advertising in top magazines cost significantly more than a typical internet marketing campaign. Part of the reason is because internet marketing is so flexible and helps to reduce the cost on advertisement because web marketing is relatively cheaper as compare to traditional forms.
Extremely targetable: You can optimize your website copy, adverts or social media effort for any niche taking into account demographics, psycho graphics, location and more.

Establish Credibility through quality content: What good is it for a consumer to find you if you are asleep? Well by producing quality content in the form of a blog, podcast or video on your site you can establish your credibility even while you are sleep.
Repeat exposure to customers increases likelihood of a purchase: A good strategy is to give away a value-added video or whitepaper if a visitor enters their email address. This allows you to get them into your sales funnel and reach out to them with additional content and offers. Therefore they will be more likely to buy from you. You cannot do this with traditional forms. Now we understand clear picture of web marketing and reasons for why we use web marketing. Then let me explain different types of web marketing.

Types of web marketing
Display Advertisin : The use of banner ads and other graphical advertisements to market                 online.
Search Engine Marketing: Using search engines to help connect users with products and services they are most interested in.
Search Engine Optimization: A free and organic way for companies to improve their visibility in search engines.
Video Marketing: Using web videos for promotional purposes.
Web marketing is a powerful medium of advertising, it targets the correct audience and zones in on promoting your business. So use Web Marketing techniques for better ranking, website visibility and traffic.

Content marketing
Content marketing is the art of communicating with your customers and prospects without selling. It is non-interruption marketing. Instead of pitching your products or services, you are delivering information that makes your buyer more intelligent. The essence of this content strategy is the belief that if we, as businesses, deliver consistent, ongoing valuable information to buyers, they ultimately reward us with their business and loyalty.

Good content marketing makes a person stop…read… think… behave… differently. Do you know content helps in marketing, if yes .what are the components of marketing, they are:
Social media marketing: Content marketing strategy comes before your social media strategy.
SEO: Search engines reward business that publishes quality, consistent content.
PR: Successful PR strategies address issues readers care about, not their business.
PPC: For PPC to work, you need great content behind it.
Inbound marketing: Content is the key to driving inbound traffic and leads.

Content Strategy: Content strategy is part of most content marketing strategies.

Social media
Social media is most powerful tool and active tool used for Search Engine Optimization[SEO]. Social media itself is a catch-all term for sites that may provide radically different social actions. For instance, Twitter is a social site designed to let people share short messages or “updates” with others. The components of Social media marketing are:
  • Facebook
  • Twitter
  • Instagram
  • Pinterest
  • Google+
  • Linkedin
  • Youtube

The laws of Socialmedia marketing are:
  • The law of listening
  • The law  of Focus
  • The law of Quality
  • The law of patience
  • The law of Compounding
  • The law of influence
  • The law of value
  • The law of acknowledgement
  • The law of accessibility
  • The law of reciporicity
